公有土地資料(土地位置資訊)

內政部、財政部國有財產署及中央、地方機關經管且同意開放之公有土地。應含XML(土地屬性資訊)及KML(土地位置資訊)。請另外下載「公有土地資料(土地屬性資訊)」資料集，或可至公有土地資料供應系統下載公有土地KML及XML資料檔

KML的檔名規則：
數值區：段代碼（4碼）
圖解區整段管理：段代碼
(4)+段延伸碼(1)=（5碼）
圖解區分幅管理：段代碼(4)+段延伸碼(1)+圖幅號(3)=（8碼）

Public lands managed and approved for public access by the Ministry of the Interior, the State Property Bureau of the Ministry of Finance, and central and local government agencies. The dataset shall include XML files (containing land attribute information) and KML files (containing land location information). Please additionally download the dataset "Public Land Data (Land Attribute Information)", or download the KML and XML files of public lands via the Public Land Data Supply System: https://publands.land.moi.gov.tw/Index

Naming rules for KML files:
- Numeric zone: Parcel code (4 digits)
- Whole-parcel management for graphic zones: Parcel code (4 digits) + parcel extension code (1 digit) = 5-digit total
- Sub-framed management for graphic zones: Parcel code (4 digits) + parcel extension code (1 digit) + sheet number (3 digits) = 8-digit total
