Multiregions xes example with Pilatus 100k on NiO

NiO pellet, room temperature, owisz stage. Probably good also as an example for ROI reprocessing and Kb tail subtraction. Detector (pilatus 100k) out of focus for RIXS angular dependence. Spectrometer rotated. Small sub-dataset to be used as daxs example.
A "ghost" goes through the scan at the end.

本数据集采用氧化镍颗粒（NiO pellet），于室温下通过owisz样品台完成采集。其亦可作为感兴趣区域（ROI）再处理与Kβ尾巴扣除（Kb tail subtraction）的参考案例。为开展共振非弹性X射线散射（RIXS, Resonant Inelastic X-ray Scattering）的角度依赖测量，所用探测器（pilatus 100k，皮拉图斯100k探测器）处于失焦状态，且光谱仪处于旋转状态。本数据集为小型子数据集，可作为daxs示例使用。扫描流程末尾会出现一处“鬼影”伪影。本次实验所用氧化镍购自西格玛奥德里奇（Sigma Aldrich），为绿色粉末形态。
