Supplementary Figure S1: Additional representative HE-stained sections

This dataset contains additional representative photomicrographs of hematoxylin and eosin (HE) stained sections of pharyngeal tissues from rats in the study "Acupotomy Bleeding Therapy Attenuates Chronic Pharyngitis via TGF-β1/p38 MAPK-Fibronectin Pathway: A Preliminary Mechanistic Study".<b>Experimental Groups:</b><b>Control group:</b> Rats treated with normal saline.<b>Model group:</b> Rats with chronic pharyngitis induced by 2.5% ammonia water.<b>ABLT group:</b> Model rats treated with Acupotomy Bleeding Therapy (ABLT).<b>Image Details:</b> All images were captured at 200x magnification. The scale bar represents 50 μm. These images are technical replicates that support the findings presented in the main text's Figure 1, demonstrating the consistency of the pathological changes and the therapeutic effect of ABLT across multiple tissue sections. The model group exhibits characteristic features of chronic pharyngitis, including mucosal thickening and inflammatory cell infiltration, which are ameliorated in the ABLT group.
