This is a comparative microarray analysis of LE-AP-2a mutants vs. wild-type P0 littermate lenses. This analysis revealed differential gene expression of 415 mRNAs, including reduced expression of genes important for maintaining lens epithelial cell phenotype, such as E-cadherin. 本研究针对LE-AP-2a突变体与野生型P0同窝仔鼠晶状体开展比较微阵列分析(comparative microarray analysis)。本次分析共鉴定出415个差异表达mRNA,其中包含维持晶状体上皮细胞表型的关键基因表达下调,例如E-钙粘蛋白(E-cadherin)。关键词:差异基因表达(Differential gene expression);整体实验设计:本研究对小鼠晶状体设置三重生物学重复,共纳入3份野生型晶状体样本与3份Le-AP-2突变体样本。
