This dataset analyzes the SKU online rate of various Coca-Cola product categories across Yunnan Province via the Meituan Instant Shopping platform, with its analytical results applied to the performance evaluation system for merchandise online management in the brand instant retail industry. (1) Internal control management for different sales stores, channels or sales regions: take whether the SKU online rate reaches the specified value as an important quantitative basis for judging whether internal management meets the standards; (2) Refined management of merchandise online status: timely optimize merchandise supply and sales strategies, increase the number of online products and market performance, efficiently drive the growth of GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume), and enhance the brand's instant retail competitiveness. 1. Data Source: Collected from the Meituan Instant Shopping platform, focusing on the Coca-Cola brand in Yunnan Province, covering detailed SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) information of all product categories under this brand, including core fields such as brand information, product name, UPC (Universal Product Code), sales channel, and province of operation. 2. Data Processing (1) Status Analysis and Online Judgment: Conduct detailed screening of product status, distinguish between purchasable SKUs and non-online products, and count the actual number of online SKUs. (2) Target Online SKU Quantity Setting: Based on the brand strategy and the cooperation framework with the platform, scientifically select the scope of stores that should go online for the sales channels within the province, and determine the target online SKU quantity for each product category accordingly. (3) SKU Online Rate Calculation: Use the collected data to calculate the category SKU online rate = actual number of online SKUs / target number of online SKUs, so as to quantitatively evaluate the online performance of merchandise. 3. Data Application: Apply the SKU online rate data to the brand instant retail field.
