Values of KDSol determined from various total concentration of co-injected aptamers (cAPT = 38, 45, 76, 90 and 190 nM) and different aptamer grafting density (σ = 5.3 and 7.9 pmol cm-2).

The data represents the mean ± S.D. obtained from triplicates. Values given for respectively cAPT = 38, 76 and 190 nM and cAPT = 45 and 90 nM were obtained from two different kinetic biosensors.

本数据集的数据为三次平行重复实验所得的平均值±标准差(Standard Deviation, S.D.)。其中，cAPT浓度分别为38、76与190 nM，以及45与90 nM的对应检测值，均取自两台不同的动力学生物传感器。
