The population and socio-economic datasets of Harbin, Suihua, and Yichun (2017) reflect the socio-economic, population, labor, agricultural production, finance, tourism, health, education, and social security situation of Harbin, Suihua, and Yichun, including 101 indicators such as year-end total population, gross domestic product, and crop planting area.

The system collects, organizes, and saves population and socio-economic data of Heilongjiang Province, accumulating basic data resources for the ecological civilization construction, environmental protection, industrial and agricultural production, and other aspects of the black soil area.

2017年哈尔滨、绥化、伊春人口与社会经济数据集，涵盖哈尔滨、绥化、伊春三地的社会经济、人口、劳动力、农业生产、财政、旅游、卫生、教育及社会保障状况，包含年末总人口、国内生产总值、农作物播种面积等共计101项指标。

二、构建目的
本数据集收集、整理并存储黑龙江省人口与社会经济数据，为黑土区生态文明建设、环境保护、工农业生产等领域积累基础数据资源。
