Single-molecule tracking data from the whole cell were recorded using a Hamamatsu EM-CCD Camera C9100-13. For both fast and slow tracking, .mat files contain raw trajectory coordinate from DiaTrack 3.04 software. For slow tracking, .637.tif files distinguish signals from the protein of interest (POI) and H2B cells.

本数据集涵盖全细胞单分子追踪数据，采集设备为滨松（Hamamatsu）电子倍增型电荷耦合器件（Electron Multiplying Charge-Coupled Device, EM-CCD）相机C9100-13。针对快速与慢速两种追踪场景，.mat格式文件均存储由DiaTrack 3.04软件生成的原始轨迹坐标数据。在慢速追踪场景下，.637.tif格式文件可区分目标蛋白（Protein of Interest, POI）与H2B细胞的信号。
