Model output data for zebrafish timescale hierarchy model

Pickle files containing simulation outputs from a recurrent E-I network model of zebrafish whole-brain timescale hierarchy, constrained by structural connectivity and gene expression gradients. Generated using the Zebrafish-Timescale-Hierarchy-Model pipeline (see related GitHub repository). Uploaded here as too large for github repo upload!本数据集以Pickle文件（Pickle files）存储，内容为源自斑马鱼全脑时间尺度层级循环兴奋-抑制（E-I）网络模型的仿真输出，该模型受结构连接组与基因表达梯度约束。本数据集通过斑马鱼时间尺度层级模型流程（Zebrafish-Timescale-Hierarchy-Model pipeline）生成，相关信息可参阅对应GitHub仓库。因文件体积过大无法上传至GitHub仓库，故在此处上传本数据集。
