Genome sequencing of Drosophila novamexicana. Drosophila novamexicana strain:15010-1031.00

The goal of this study is to obtain a high-quality genome sequence of Drosophila novamexicana. Based on PacBio and Illumina sequencing from female DNA, a high-quality genome assembly is obtained.
