Trees for seagrass paper

This zipfile contains three phylogenetic trees in PDF format.  These show the relationship of our Shewanella, Vibrio, and Colwellia isolates to their close relatives.  The alignments were generated using the Ribosomal Database Project and the trees were inferred using FastTree.

本压缩包包含三份PDF格式的系统发育树（phylogenetic tree）文件。这些文件展示了本研究获得的希瓦氏菌（Shewanella）、弧菌（Vibrio）及科尔韦尔氏菌（Colwellia）分离株与其近缘类群的演化关系。本次分析的序列联配通过核糖体数据库项目（Ribosomal Database Project）生成，系统发育树则使用FastTree工具推断得到。
