PRIMARY EDUCATION THROUGH DIGITAL LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS: PEDAGOGICAL FOUNDATIONS FOR ORGANIZING 21ST CENTURY COMPETENCIES

This article discusses the pedagogical foundations of organizing and developing 21st century competencies through the use of digital learning environments in the primary education process. The study analyzes the content and types of digital learning environments, as well as their role in improving educational effectiveness. In addition, the pedagogical potential of digital tools in developing students’ critical and creative thinking, problem-solving skills, information literacy, communication, and collaboration competencies is revealed. The article substantiates the didactic principles of designing and implementing digital learning environments, taking into account the age and psychological characteristics of primary school students. The research findings are of significant importance for the effective integration of modern digital technologies into primary education and for improving the quality of education.本文探讨了在小学教育进程中，依托数字化学习环境（digital learning environments）组织与培养21世纪核心素养的教育学基础。本研究分析了数字化学习环境的内涵与类型，及其对提升教育教学效能的作用。此外，本研究揭示了数字化工具在培养学生批判性与创造性思维、问题解决能力、信息素养、沟通与协作素养方面的教育学价值。本文结合小学生的年龄与心理特征，佐证了数字化学习环境的设计与实施所应遵循的教学论原则。本研究成果对于将现代数字技术有效融入小学教育，以及提升教育教学质量均具有重要意义。
