The 24R,25-dihydroxyvitamin D metabolite (24R,25D) has long been suspected of participating to bone fracture repair. We used Cyp24a1-deficient mice, unable to produce 24R25D, to observe gene expression in callus tissue compared to that of control littermates. In total 6 samples; 3 from Cyp24a1-null mice with the corresponding control littermate samples
24R,25-二羟基维生素D代谢物(24R,25-dihydroxyvitamin D metabolite,24R,25D)长期以来被推测参与骨折修复过程。本研究使用无法合成24R,25D的Cyp24a1缺陷型小鼠(Cyp24a1-deficient mice),对其骨痂组织中的基因表达进行观测,并与同窝对照小鼠的基因表达结果进行对比。本次实验共计6个样本:其中3个样本取自Cyp24a1基因敲除(Cyp24a1-null)小鼠,剩余样本为对应的同窝对照样本。
