This dataset contains the species occurrence records and analytical code supporting the study "Global conservation assessment of stipitate Thelephorales ectomycorrhizal fungi under climate change." It includes: (1) 20,729 occurrence records of 151 species-level taxonomic units across six genera (Boletopsis, Hydnellum, Phellodon, Polyozellus, Sarcodon, and Thelephora); (2) R scripts for Biomod2 ensemble species distribution modeling, diversity analyses, phylogenetic diversity assessment, climate refugia identification, and systematic conservation planning based on the minimum set problem; (3) environmental variable files derived from WorldClim climate data and the Harmonized World Soil Database (HWSD). Analyses were conducted under SSP2-4.5 and SSP5-8.5 climate scenarios for the periods 2041–2060 and 2081–2100.

本数据集包含支撑研究《气候变化下具柄革菌目外生菌根真菌全球保护评估》的物种出现记录与分析代码。具体内容如下:(1) 涵盖盖孔菌属(Boletopsis)、纹革菌属(Hydnellum)、厚顶革菌属(Phellodon)、多枝革菌属(Polyozellus)、肉齿菌属(Sarcodon)及革菌属(Thelephora)6个属的151个物种级分类单元的20729条物种出现记录;(2) 用于Biomod2集合物种分布建模、多样性分析、系统发育多样性评估、气候避难所识别以及基于最小集合问题的系统性保护规划的R脚本;(3) 源自WorldClim(世界气候数据集)与世界土壤数据库(Harmonized World Soil Database, HWSD)的环境变量文件。本研究在SSP2-4.5与SSP5-8.5气候情景下,针对2041-2060年及2081-2100年两个时段开展了相关分析。
