Sedimentary evidence for a period of rapid environmental change in the Yangtze River Delta, China around 150 years ago

This dataset includes the grain size,stable isotope of organic carbon, OSL, and radionuclide activities measured from two sediments cores (KZ01-A and KZ02), which were collected from the North Channel of Yangtze River mouth. The dataset was used to reconstruct the evolution history of the North Channel and to examine the extreme events including the storm and river flood.

本数据集包含采自长江口北槽的两枚沉积物岩芯（KZ01-A与KZ02）的粒度（grain size）、有机碳稳定同位素（stable isotope of organic carbon）、光释光（Optically Stimulated Luminescence，OSL）及放射性核素活度（radionuclide activities）测试数据。该数据集被用于重建长江口北槽的演化历史，并可用于探究风暴与河流洪水等极端事件。
