Metagenomic analysis of soil sample from Sorghum and Pearl millet farms in Limpopo and Mpumalanga

The aim is to investigate microbial diversity and abundance levels, physicochemical properties and physiological levels of Sorghum and Pearl millet rhizosphere soil samples from sixteen farms in Mpumalanga and Limpopo.
