HDAC5 drives PDAC cells to bypass KRAS* dependency. To dissect the molecular mechanisms that regulated by overexpressed HDAC5 in the bypass of KRAS* dependency, we conducted RNA-seq analysis of HDAC5 escaper PDAC cells and KRAS*-expressing iKPC PDAC cells. Overall design: Four KRAS* expressing iKPC PDAC cell lines and five HDAC5 escaper PDAC cell lines were used.

组蛋白去乙酰化酶5(HDAC5)可促使胰腺导管腺癌细胞(PDAC)绕过KRAS*依赖特性。为解析过表达HDAC5调控细胞绕过KRAS*依赖特性的分子机制,我们对HDAC5逃逸型PDAC细胞与表达KRAS*的iKPC PDAC细胞开展了RNA测序(RNA-seq)分析。实验整体设计:本研究共使用4株表达KRAS*的iKPC PDAC细胞系及5株HDAC5逃逸型PDAC细胞系。
