B, The skin in the face was cut in an arc along the edge of the damaged area. C, The necrotic tissues and sinuses . D, The necrotic tissues in the damage were slowly removed and the epidermis, dermis or partially trimmed subcutaneous tissue were retained. E and F, After the surgery, PDT was applied immediately to the wound for two sessions.
