sWGS on cfDNA and matching tumor DNA in pediatric cancer

This dataset contains shallow whole genome sequencing data from paired cfDNA - tumor DNA samples of various pediatric cancer entities. Files are provided in fastq format. Samples were sequenced on an Ion Proton sequencer (Thermo Fisher Scientific) or a Hiseq3000 (Illumina). 本数据集涵盖多种儿童癌症病种的配对循环游离DNA (cell-free DNA, cfDNA) 与肿瘤DNA样本的浅层全基因组测序 (shallow whole genome sequencing, sWGS) 数据。文件以FASTQ格式提供。样本分别在Ion Proton测序仪 (Thermo Fisher Scientific) 或HiSeq 3000测序仪 (Illumina) 上完成测序。配套数据分析资源可于https://github.com/rmvpaeme/sWGS_pediatric_cancer获取。本研究为欧洲基因组表型档案 (European Genome-phenome Archive, EGA) 下的研究项目EGAS00001005198。
