Covid-19 CT dataset for Body Part Regression Tutorial

The dataset is a subset of CT scans from the Covid-19-AR dataset from the Cancer Image Archive. The data were converted from the DICOM file format to the NifTI file format for better and easier handling. The converted dataset was created for a tutorial of the bpreg python package.

本数据集为癌症图像档案馆（Cancer Image Archive）公开的Covid-19-AR数据集的CT扫描影像子集。所有数据已从医学数字成像和通信（DICOM）格式转换为神经影像信息技术倡议（NIfTI）格式，以提升处理便捷性与效果。本转换后的数据集专为bpreg Python包的教程示例所构建。
