Oarfish Simulated Dataset --- ONT dataset obtained from H9 cell line

This repository contains ONT-simulated datasets generated from the H9 cell line using the NanoSim simulator for both 1D cDNA and direct RNA protocols.本数据集仓库收录了以H9细胞系为样本，使用NanoSim模拟器，针对一维互补DNA（1D cDNA）与直接RNA测序两种实验流程生成的牛津纳米孔技术（Oxford Nanopore Technologies，ONT）模拟数据集。
