This data set was acquired with a ship-based BellAerospace BGM-3 Gravimeter, Geometrics G-886 Magnetometer, and Atlas Hydrosweep DS Multibeam Sonar system during Maurice Ewing expedition EW9914 conducted in 1999 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Alistair Harding). These data files are of MGD77 format and include Singlebeam Bathymetry, Gravity Field, and Magnetic Field data and were processed after data collection. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): A MCS Survey of the Lau Spreading Center: A New Look into Crustal Accretion at Back Arc Spreading Centers, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE95-29870 and OCE95-30325.
