DISTINCTIVE FEATURES OF MILITARY EDUCATION IN GERMANY

The article investigates the unique features which define German military education by studying its historical evolution and its current administrative framework and its teaching methods. The study shows that German military education system follows four main principles which include Innere Führung as its main concept and civilian academic standards and democratic values and professional development programs.本文通过研究德国军事教育的历史演进、现行管理框架与教学方法，探究界定德国军事教育的独有特征。研究表明，德国军事教育体系遵循四大核心原则，其中以内在领导（Innere Führung）为核心理念，同时涵盖民用学术标准、民主价值观与职业发展规划。
