Metagenome sequencing and 768 microbial genomes from cold seep in South China Sea

Cold seep microbial communities are fascinating ecosystems on Earth which provide unique models for understanding the living strategies in deep-sea distinct environments.  Here we published the metagenome assembled genomes of bacteria and archaea from a cold seep of South China Sea.

冷泉（cold seep）微生物群落是地球上极具科研价值的独特生态系统，可为探究深海特殊环境中的生命生存策略提供绝佳研究模型。本研究公开了采自南海冷泉的细菌与古菌的宏基因组组装基因组（metagenome assembled genomes）。
