A taxonomic study of the New species

This project will characterize the phenology, genome, metabolites, and fatty acid composition of strains not classified as known species. Taxonomic studies will be conducted by genome analysis and other methods, and the strains will be reported as new species.本项目将对未归类为已知物种的菌株开展多维度特征表征，涵盖其物候特性、基因组、代谢产物及脂肪酸组成。本研究将通过基因组分析及其他方法完成分类学研究，相关菌株将被鉴定为新物种并予以报道。
