This is a study of paired initial diagnostic and relapse or paired relapse-relapse pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia bone marrow biopsies. The goal of this study was to compare the transcriptomes of paired samples from the same patient to investigate stable or divergent processes through disease progression. Transcriptome data was sequenced on an Ion Torrent S5 and processed with the AmpliSeqRNA plugin. Libraries were prepared on the Ion Chef with the Ion AmpliSeq Transcriptome Human Gene Expression kit.
本研究的研究对象为儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病(pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia)患者的骨髓活检配对样本,包括初诊与复发配对样本,以及复发-复发配对样本。本研究旨在比对同一患者配对样本的转录组特征,以解析疾病进展过程中维持稳定或发生分化的分子进程。转录组数据在离子激流(Ion Torrent)S5测序平台上完成测序,并通过AmpliSeqRNA插件进行数据分析。测序文库采用Ion AmpliSeq转录组人类基因表达试剂盒,在Ion Chef系统上完成构建。
