通过采集温州市汽摩配产业链部分企业，对各企业拥有的法律状态为有效的专利数量进行统计，将发明专利、实用新型专利及外观设计专利的数量之和为各企业专利总量，计算各个企业各类专利数量占该企业专利总量的百分比，以帮助温州市汽摩配产业链企业进行专利战略制定。1、数据采集：查找及筛选该辖区内的汽摩配产业链企业，通过国家专利局及第三方专利数据库，对各企业的专利总量、发明专利数量、实用新型数量、外观设计数量进行采集；2、数据处理：对采集到的数据分别计算各类专利数量占专利总量的占比，发明专利占专利总量的占比=发明专利数量/专利总量，实用新型专利占专利总量的占比=实用新型专利数量/专利总量，外观设计专利占专利总量的占比=外观设计专利数量/专利总量；3、经过统计、筛选得到各企业发明专利数量、实用新型数量、外观设计数量合理比例范围；4、数据应用：根据各类专利的比例范围，结合各专利的申请客体属性为企业提供研发方向，为汽摩配产业链企业在专利布局上提出合理建议。

This dataset is constructed by collecting partial enterprises from the Wenzhou Automobile and Motorcycle Parts Industry Chain, counting the number of patents with valid legal status owned by each enterprise. The total patent volume of an enterprise is defined as the sum of the quantities of invention patents, utility model patents, and design patents. The percentage of each category of patents relative to the enterprise's total patent volume is calculated, to assist enterprises in the Wenzhou Automobile and Motorcycle Parts Industry Chain in formulating their patent strategies.
1. Data Collection: Identify and screen enterprises within the local jurisdiction that belong to the automobile and motorcycle parts industry chain. Collect the total patent volume, number of invention patents, number of utility model patents, and number of design patents for each enterprise via the National Intellectual Property Administration and third-party patent databases.
2. Data Processing: For the collected data, calculate the proportion of each category of patents in the total patent volume. Specifically: Proportion of invention patents = Number of invention patents / Total patent volume; Proportion of utility model patents = Number of utility model patents / Total patent volume; Proportion of design patents = Number of design patents / Total patent volume.
3. Derive reasonable proportion ranges for the quantities of invention patents, utility model patents, and design patents of each enterprise through statistics and screening.
4. Data Application: Provide targeted R&D directions for enterprises based on the proportion ranges of each patent category and the subject attributes of different patents, and put forward feasible suggestions for patent layout for enterprises in the Wenzhou Automobile and Motorcycle Parts Industry Chain.
