Jupyter Notebook with Python code (anizo_merge.ipynb) Steps to reproduce: Run anizo_merge.ipynb in Jupyter Notebook. Package versions used: numpy : 1.24.3 ndsplines : 0.1.5 pymc : 5.1.2 pytensor : 2.10.1 scipy : 1.10.1 arviz : 0.15.1 pandas : 2.0.0 matplotlib: 3.7.1 seaborn : 0.12.2 MCMC trace with 200000 samples is stored in tr_An01_StHeDimaMartTong_FT.nc file. Results of computationally intensive steps can be loaded from the attached files.
