IODP Expedition 356 Inorganic carbon (coulometer)

Inorganic carbon (carbonate) is determined by coulometry, which uses a photodetection cell to measure carbon dioxide evolved during sample acidification. Report includes percent inorganic carbon and calcium carbonate.采用库仑法（coulometry）测定无机碳（碳酸盐），该方法借助光电检测池（photodetection cell）对样品酸化过程中逸出的二氧化碳进行检测。报告结果包含无机碳百分比与碳酸钙百分比。
