Production sustainability is the FMIP for each country, and mean consumption sustainability is the mean of the three FMIC derivations. We calculated the percent change between these values for each country by subtracting the mean consumption sustainability from the production sustainability and dividing by the production sustainability and multiplying by 100 ((FMIP−mean(FMIC)/FMIP)*100). The nature of this equation means that positive percent change values occur for countries that have a decrease in consumption sustainability compared to production sustainability and negative values occur for countries that have an increase.

生产可持续性对应各国的FMIP,平均消费可持续性为三项FMIC推导结果的平均值。我们针对各国计算了这两项指标间的百分比变化:将生产可持续性减去平均消费可持续性,再除以生产可持续性,最后乘以100,计算公式为((FMIP−mean(FMIC)/FMIP)*100)。该公式的特性为:当一国消费可持续性相较生产可持续性出现下降时,其百分比变化值为正;反之,当消费可持续性出现提升时,百分比变化值为负。
