The Wellbeing Classroom as a Whole School Approach

The research was an invited evaluation of the whole school implementation over 5 years of an approach to student social and emotional wellbeing called 'The Wellbeing Classroom'. The data set consists of: - qualitative data which comprises transcripts of interviews with students, teachers, school leadership (principal and wellbeing coordinator), an outreach worker from the Schools Ministry Group and a coordinator from the Salvation Army. - quantitative data collected by the school which comprises of demographic information about students: attendance, culture/languages spoken at home, disadvantage (e.g. school card holders), disabilities, learning (e.g. NAPLAN scores and behavioural (e.g. bullying). There are also frequency data regarding individuals' hours of commitment to the implementation of the approach schoolwide.本研究为受邀评估一项名为“幸福课堂（The Wellbeing Classroom）”的学生社会情感福祉培养方案在全校范围内为期5年的实施情况。本数据集包含以下内容： - 质性数据：涵盖对学生、教师、学校管理层（校长及福祉协调员）、学校事工集团（Schools Ministry Group）外展专员、救世军（Salvation Army）协调员的访谈转录文本。 - 校方收集的量化数据：包含学生人口统计信息：出勤率、家庭使用语言、弱势身份（如校卡持有者）、残障情况、学业表现（如NAPLAN成绩）及行为表现（如校园欺凌情况；此外还包含全校推行该方案的个人投入时长频次数据。
