该数据集主要面向高铁白车身涂装全流程机器人自动化生产线中的自动喷涂工艺研究、喷涂效率及效果验证等应用需求建立。为验证车体表面油漆自动喷涂效率及喷涂质量,依据国家标准GB/T 5226.1-2019《机械电气安全机械电气设备第1部分:通用技术条件》与GB/T 38762.1-2020《产品几何技术规范(GPS)尺寸公差 第1部分:线性尺寸》,对车体表面底漆及中涂漆面漆的自动喷涂时间、喷涂覆盖率及喷涂效果进行测量与评估,并计算喷涂效率及生产效率提升。数据于2025年10月23日至24日采集于中车青岛四方机车车辆股份有限公司,由湖北机电院机械产品质量检测中心工程师完成整个测试流程、数据采集、处理及汇总。数据总规模为2.46 GB。数据采集过程中,基于车体3D建模数据,计算喷涂前车体表面需喷涂面积,并在喷涂完成后计算未喷涂区域面积,从而得到自动喷涂覆盖率。选取端面标记区域(3600 mm × 3000 mm)进行喷涂时间测量,同时启动机器人喷涂设备及计时器,实现对底漆及中涂漆面漆喷涂效率的精准记录。为对比人工喷涂效率,亦记录两名熟练操作工人完成单车喷涂作业时间。喷涂完成并烘干后,采用EXR50-1900机器人搭载海康工业相机对车体表面进行拍摄,获取底漆及中涂漆面漆喷涂效果图像。数据集内容包括喷涂效率计算数据、底漆及中涂漆面漆自动喷涂效果验证图片各70张,以及喷涂缺陷检出率计算数据,可用于验证产线油漆喷涂效率达到≥200 m^2/h、生产效率提升20%的指标。该数据集可支持喷涂效率分析、覆盖率计算、缺陷检测算法验证及喷涂工艺改进研究,为高铁白车身涂装自动化生产线的技术开发与工程验证提供可靠数据基础。数据量为2.46GB。
This dataset was established primarily to meet the application requirements of automatic spraying process research, spraying efficiency and effect verification in the fully automated robotic production line for high-speed railway body-in-white coating. To verify the automatic spraying efficiency and spraying quality of the car body surface, measurements and evaluations were conducted on the automatic spraying time, spraying coverage rate and spraying effect of the primer, intermediate coat and top coat on the car body surface, in compliance with the national standards GB/T 5226.1-2019 *Safety of machinery and electrical equipment - Part 1: General technical conditions* and GB/T 38762.1-2020 *Geometrical Product Specifications (GPS) - Dimension tolerances - Part 1: Linear dimensions*, and the spraying efficiency and production efficiency improvement were calculated. The data was collected from October 23 to 24, 2025 at CRRC Qingdao Sifang Rolling Stock Co., Ltd., and the entire test process, data collection, processing and summarization were completed by engineers from the Hubei Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Product Quality Testing Center. The total data scale is 2.46 GB. During the data collection process, the area to be sprayed on the car body surface before spraying was calculated based on the 3D modeling data of the car body, and the area of the non-sprayed area was calculated after spraying was completed, thereby obtaining the automatic spraying coverage rate. The end marking area (3600 mm × 3000 mm) was selected for spraying time measurement, and the robotic spraying equipment and timer were started simultaneously to accurately record the spraying efficiency of the primer, intermediate coat and top coat. To compare the manual spraying efficiency, the single-car spraying operation time completed by two skilled workers was also recorded. After spraying and drying, a Hikvision industrial camera mounted on an EXR50-1900 robot was used to capture images of the car body surface to obtain spraying effect images of the primer, intermediate coat and top coat. The dataset includes spraying efficiency calculation data, 70 images each for the automatic spraying effect verification of the primer, intermediate coat and top coat, as well as spraying defect detection rate calculation data, which can be used to verify that the paint spraying efficiency of the production line reaches the index of ≥200 m²/h and the production efficiency is improved by 20%. This dataset can support spraying efficiency analysis, coverage rate calculation, defect detection algorithm verification and spraying process improvement research, providing a reliable data basis for the technical development and engineering verification of fully automated high-speed railway body-in-white coating production lines. The data volume is 2.46 GB.
