CroP

The CroP Dataset is a dataset generator for color constancy benchmarking, created by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing of Croatia. It consists of 323 images that simulate printed photographs captured under specific lighting conditions. The process of developing this dataset involves printing color samples on the same sheet of paper using a single printer, and illuminating the printed materials with monochromatic light projected by a projector. The CroP Dataset aims to address the limitations of existing color constancy datasets, such as the small number of images and inaccurate illumination estimation, and support the application of deep learning technologies in color constancy research.
