Single-Cell RNAsequencing of the conversion of naïve iCas9 Sigma hiPSC line 1 (iCSIG-1 hiPSCs) into trophoblast stem cells with and without EZH2i (Abcam ab146152 UNC1999, EZH2 methyltransferase inhibitor) during 4 days preconversion and during 4 days during conversion (total of 8 days with or without PRC2i). Overall design: Examination of the inhibition of EZH2 in human naïve pluripotent stem cells and day 4 of the conversion of naïve into trophoblast stem cells.
