Dataset RunId 861 corresponds to Fig. 2a and Fig. 4a and contains information about NT-2Rep-CT sample 20 g/l concentration in 20 mM Tris pH 8.0 and 110 mM Tris pH 7.2 buffers.
Datasets RunId 989 – 1032 correspond to Fig. 3.
RunId 989, 991, 1000, 1018 and 1026 were measured using different protein concentrations: 989: 0.675, 1.25 and 2.5 g/l; 991: 10, 5 and 20 g/l; 1000: 0.1 and 2.5 g/l.
Datasets RunId 1018 – 1024 contain information about time dependence of NT-2Rep-CT sample at 0.05, 0.1 and 1 g/l concentration in 20 mM Tris pH 8.0 buffer. RunId 1018 – first experiment (0 hour), RunId 1020 – after 24 hours, RunId 1022 – after 48 hours and RunId 1024 – after 120 hours.
Datasets RunId 1026 – 1032 contain information about time dependence of NT-2Rep-CT sample at 1, 5 and 10 g/l concentration in 20 mM Tris pH 8.0 buffer. RunId 1026 – first experiment (0 hour), RunId 1028 – after 24 hours, RunId 1030 – after 48 hours and RunId 1032 – after 120 hours.

运行编号(RunId)861对应图2a与图4a,包含NT-2Rep-CT样品在20 mM 三羟甲基氨基甲烷(Tris)缓冲液(pH 8.0)及110 mM Tris缓冲液(pH 7.2)中、浓度为20 g/l的相关实验数据。
运行编号989至1032对应图3。
运行编号989、991、1000、1018及1026采用不同蛋白浓度开展测试:其中RunId 989的蛋白浓度为0.675、1.25与2.5 g/l;RunId 991为10、5与20 g/l;RunId 1000为0.1与2.5 g/l。
