Cerceris sabulosa Genome sequencing

We present a high-quality genome assembly and annotation for Cerceris sabulosa, using a hybrid sequencing strategy with combined sequences of Illumina and Nanopore techniques.The assembled genome size was 374.2 Mb including 659 scaffolds (N50 = 6.6 Mb), with 98.9% of BUSCO genes present in the assembly.

本研究针对沙足泥蜂（Cerceris sabulosa）构建了高质量的基因组组装与注释结果，采用结合Illumina与Nanopore测序技术的混合测序策略。组装得到的基因组总长度为374.2 Mb，共包含659条支架序列（scaffold），其N50值为6.6 Mb，且组装结果覆盖了98.9%的BUSCO基因。
