Avifaunal data for evaluating efficacy of zoning for recreation in Mabira Central Forest Reserve, Uganda

The main file (Avif_Main) contains raw data from the independent double-observer point count method used and GPS records of the points surveyed. The other six files contain DOBSERV input data. Of these, the files MMF_Detect and SSF_Detect were used to generate observer-specific detection probabilities. The files labelled M_SpRichness, MF_SpRichness, S_SpRichness, and SF_SpRichness were the input files used to generate species richness estimates for the sites M, MF, S, and SF respectively.

主文件Avif_Main包含本次研究采用的独立双观察者点计数法（independent double-observer point count method）原始数据，以及全部调查样点的GPS定位记录。其余六个文件均为DOBSERV输入数据。其中，MMF_Detect与SSF_Detect文件用于生成针对特定观察者的探测概率。命名为M_SpRichness、MF_SpRichness、S_SpRichness及SF_SpRichness的文件，则分别作为输入文件，用于生成对应样地M、MF、S与SF的物种丰富度估算值。
