Study purpose: This project aims to analyze the composition and diversity of symbiotic/epiphytic bacterial communities in Morchella spp., and explore their potential association with the growth and quality of Morchella spp.Data type: Paired-end sequencing data of the 16S rRNA gene (V3-V4 region) generated using the Illumina MiSeq platform, including raw sequences from Morchella samples (total six samples) collected from different growth stages/habitats.Methods: Collection of Morchella fruiting body/mycelium samples -> Total DNA extraction -> Amplification of the 16S rRNA target region -> High-throughput sequencing -> Subsequent OTU clustering, species annotation, and diversity analysis.Significance: This dataset provides basic data support for functional research on the microbiome of Morchella spp. and microecological regulation in artificial cultivation.

研究目的:本项目旨在分析羊肚菌属(Morchella spp.)共生/附生细菌群落的组成与多样性,并探究其与羊肚菌属物种生长及品质的潜在关联。数据类型:采用Illumina MiSeq平台生成的16S rRNA基因(V3-V4区)双端测序数据,涵盖采自不同生长阶段/生境的羊肚菌样本(总计6份)的原始序列。实验方法:羊肚菌子实体/菌丝体样本采集→总DNA提取→16S rRNA目标区域扩增→高通量测序→后续开展操作分类单元(OTU, Operational Taxonomic Unit)聚类、物种注释及多样性分析。研究意义:本数据集可为羊肚菌属微生物组的功能研究以及人工栽培中的微生态调控提供基础数据支撑。
