Raw data for "X-ray near-field multi-slice ptychography for in-situ imaging" Data for near-field multi-slice ptychography. The data contains 8 scans: "Fig2_RawData.h5" - a scan recored on a single polyimide foil covered on both sides with copper (1) oxide nano cubes "Fig3_0-0h_RawData.h5" - "Fig3_4-1h_RawData.h5" - 6 in-situ scans of a galvanic replacement reaction of copper (1) oxide nano cubes with gold, recorded between 0.0h and 4.1h after reaction start "Fig4_RawData.h5" - high-resolution in-situ scan taken 1.0h after reaction start All files are structured as follows: measurement, here are the diffraction patterns, positions and the detector mask parameters, here are the information on lightsource, beamline, beamtime ID, scan number and the experimental and reconstruction parameters for photon energy, detector pixel size and geometry (focus-sample-distance, sample-detector-distance, interslice-distance)
