中国医学科学院医药生物技术研究所;生长慢,培养24小时后开始分枝,形成广泛的菌丝体。培养4天从菌落中心开始断裂,周缘菌丝继续生长并分枝。总有有分枝的长菌丝。抗酸。葡萄糖无机盐琼脂:基丝薄、片状、不规则,黄橙色。营养琼脂:气丝薄,在边缘;基丝隆起、堆叠、皱折、颗粒状,边缘不整齐,黄橙色。明胶不液化,牛奶变碱性,无变化,硝酸盐还原,水解尿素、七叶树素。生长温度10-50℃;适温28-30℃。生长pH6-10,最适pH7.5。不为7%NaCl所抑制。DNA内G+C含量为67.0-69.4%;真空冷冻干燥

Institute of Medicinal Biotechnology, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. The strain grows slowly, starts to branch after 24 hours of incubation, and forms extensive mycelium. After 4 days of incubation, the mycelium begins to fragment from the center of the colony, while the peripheral hyphae continue to grow and branch. Long, branched hyphae are consistently present. It is acid-fast. On glucose mineral salt agar: the substrate mycelium is thin, flaky, irregular and yellow-orange. On nutrient agar: the aerial mycelium is thin and restricted to the colony margin; the substrate mycelium is raised, stacked, folded, granular, with irregular margins and yellow-orange. It does not liquefy gelatin, turns milk alkaline without other changes, exhibits positive nitrate reduction, and hydrolyzes urea and esculin. Its growth temperature range is 10–50°C, with an optimal temperature of 28–30°C. It can grow at pH 6–10, with an optimal pH of 7.5. It is not inhibited by 7% NaCl. The DNA G+C content of the strain is 67.0–69.4 mol%. The strain is preserved via vacuum freeze-drying.
