本研究针对野生型、PKm1基因敲入（PKm1 KI）及PKm2基因敲入（PKm2 KI）胚胎干细胞（Embryonic Stem Cell, ES细胞）开展分析。每株胚胎干细胞均通过拟胚体（embryoid body, EB）形成培养体系诱导分化为三胚层。分别于第0、3、7天从拟胚体中提取总RNA。
