DNAH5 is an cilia dynein motor . We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the changes in cells types and gene expression profile of subjects with variants in DNAH5 compared to healthy individuals Overall design: Nasal cells were isolated and diffrentiated using Air-liquid phase conditions, and analyzed using scRNAseq.
