An EPA pilot study characterizing fungal and bacterial populations at homes after flooding events at the Martin Pea Channel community

The overall objective is to generate a fungal and bacterial community profile comparing built environment microbes in residences of asthmatics with those of non-asthmatics at the Martin Peña Channel (MPC) community. We will assess built environment microbes in flooded and non-flooded houses in the channel as well as in the outside of these homes.
