Datasets for a multidimensional analysis connecting clean energy access and social development in Sub-Saharan Africa

The datasets presented are used for the construction of a composite indicator, the Social Clean Energy Access (Social CEA) Index. The Social CEA Index is created in order to identify the most suitable countries for funding and implementing decentralized renewable energy systems in Sub-Saharan Africa. The Social CEA datasets include 24 indicators capturing the status of the social dimensions related to electricity access for 35 sub-Saharan Africa countries

本次展示的数据集用于构建复合指标——社会清洁能源获取（Social Clean Energy Access，缩写Social CEA）指数。该指数的构建目的为筛选撒哈拉以南非洲地区最适合开展分布式可再生能源系统资助与部署工作的国家。本数据集包含24项指标，用以刻画35个撒哈拉以南非洲国家在电力获取相关社会维度的发展现状。
