Expression data from Influenza A infected mouse primary tracheal epithelial cell cultures (MTEC)

We used microarrays to detail the global programme of gene expression in response to Influenza A (PR8) infection Fully differentiated MTEC cells were infected with PR8 (moi: 0.3) or mock infected and RNA was collected at 24 hours post infection我们采用基因芯片（microarray）技术，系统解析了响应甲型流感病毒（Influenza A，PR8株）感染的全基因组基因表达程序。实验过程中，将完全分化的MTEC（小鼠气管上皮细胞，mouse tracheal epithelial cells）以感染复数（multiplicity of infection, moi）0.3的剂量感染PR8病毒，或设置假感染对照，并于感染后24小时收集RNA样本。
