FAW RNA seq control & EB treated

RNA-seq analysis between control fall armyworm population and emamectin benzoate resistant population. Differential gene expression between the control and treated population would provide understanding of the genes causing resistance.本数据集针对对照组草地贪夜蛾（fall armyworm）种群与甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐（emamectin benzoate）抗性种群开展RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析。对照组与抗性种群间的差异基因表达分析，可助力解析介导抗药性的相关基因。
