This register contains information relating to the balances of rates that have not been paid on time, and as such, are 'outstanding.' Information recorded in the register includes: the Assessment number; ratepayer's name; arrears rates; and the amount paid. The page is divided into columns, which give these details for each month from March to July. Further on, the book contains the same information but for the months July to November. Summary information is also provided for each rate holder, and a final summary for the end of the year giving the total rates outstanding for each riding.
