为探究高地型与低地型柳枝稷（Switchgrass）两个品种间的耐寒性差异，对二者杂交获得的F1代个体开展基因表达谱（Gene Expression Profiling）分析；实验样本取自人工气候箱（Growth Chamber）内培养的植株叶片组织，培养条件设置为：14/10小时光周期、1200 μmol/(m²·s)光照强度、日间温度10℃、夜间温度5℃。
