Reproducibility package for: From feasibility to translational pathways: a bibliometric and knowledge-mapping analysis of urine-based liquid biopsy in urologic cancers (2015–2025)

This repository contains the reproducibility materials for the bibliometric study entitled “From feasibility to translational pathways: a bibliometric and knowledge-mapping analysis of urine-based liquid biopsy in urologic cancers (2015–2025)”. The repository includes:1. The exported WoSCC included-record file used for the main bibliometric analyses.2. The PubMed record file used for matched cross-database validation/sensitivity analysis.3. Two R scripts used for selected analyses and visualizations in this study: (a) a script for the trend-topics analysis corresponding to Figure 9B; and (b) a script used for the country-level world-map analysis corresponding to Figure 3A and for the summary tabulations corresponding to Tables 1 and 2.4. A custom thesaurus file used for term cleaning and keyword normalization. These materials are provided to support transparency and reproducibility of the analyses reported in the associated Journal of Translational Medicine article. In the manuscript, these materials correspond to the reproducibility package described as Additional file 7.
