16S rRNA sequencing of BTBR mice

Gut microbiota manipulations were conducted in the BTBR mouse model for ASD. Manipulations included germ-free status, treatment with antibiotic combinations, microbiota transfer from C57BL/6, and treatment with single strain bacteria.本研究针对自闭症谱系障碍（ASD）的BTBR小鼠模型开展肠道菌群（gut microbiota）调控实验，所采用的调控手段包括构建无菌状态、联合抗生素处理、C57BL/6小鼠肠道菌群移植以及单菌株细菌干预。
